Great budget option

I've stayed here a few times when visiting Brighton at short notice, as it's considerably cheaper than anything else there unless you book in advance.

It's a great location, and very much does the job. The rooms are ok - bit shabby but always clean and the bathroom is fine.

Two days away before the summer's over.

Enjoyable stay at a hotel so close to the front.

Two nights is enough at this hotel as my

room did not have the centre, bathroom and

bedside lights working. Apart from that it was

good value for money. Friendly staff, tasty

breakfasts. I will have to book a room with a

seaview next time.
