Basic and functional...just

We stayed in a family room with a pull out sofa bed.

Compact, but suitable for what we wanted as only a base. The mattress on the bed was awful, the windows didn't shut properly. However as the room was so hot that wasn't an issue!. They actually supplied a large floor fan so dread to think how warm it gets in the summer. The bathroom door handle then fell off!We spoke to reception about the mattress, the Manager dealt with it and was very condescending and rude. and said we could change rooms. On looking at the other room, the mattress was better the windows were worse. The Manager was so rude, so my husband asked for the mattress to be swapped in our room. And they did. We didn't have breakfast, thankfully. On leaving our room in the morning, the whole hotel smelt of greasy fat. It was awful. On a health and safety note, we left our windows open at night, however the wind was so strong it blew them wide open. Don't be fooled by the look from the outside...

Great stay

Stayed bank holiday weekend.

We took our 3 year old grandson.

This is The 3rd time we've stayed at this hotel, first time in a family room. The room was big enough for all 3 of us . Really clean. The bed was very comfortable but the sofa bed was a bit lumpy bumpy. Glad I didn't have to sleep on it.

Our room was right over the wedding reception that was going on downstairs. I think we should have been forewarned. The dj was really loud, we were in bed early grandson slept through it. We struggled a little but it was a wedding you can't spoil it by complaining. All in all had a very enjoyable weekend will be back again.
