our stay...

We had a lovely stay, bed creaked a bit but the pressurised shower more than made up for that.

A sofa would have been useful but for the 3 days we stayed it was fine.

Lovely but extremely small

Little Acorn is lovely, but lacking in space to relax for more than a weekend when you are not going to spend time at the property.

It only had one easy chair and you could only watch the tv if you were in bedroom. We did enjoy our stay here. Bed was lovely and comfy.

Rural stay

We enjoyed our stay but do not feel we could stay for longer than 3nights as accommodation rather small and lacked enough hanging space though plenty of drawers.

Kitchen ok though we would have found a toaster very useful. Need sat nav to find property.

Good accommodation for a short break, though probably not for longer.

Absolutely fine for our three day break. Well equiped clean and bright. Everything we required for self catering, and if you feel like eating out there are plenty of nice pubs in the locality. There is also plenty to see and do in the area. If you were saying longer the absence of a sitting room/lounge area might be a problem

Bijou apartment that is tastefully decorated.

Merges both the old and the new. Absolute delightful. Tracey was so kind to us and couldn't do enough for us. Beautiful part of the country and cannot wait to go and see it again in the summer. Thank you so much

Little Gem

Lovely little annex to the main farmhouse.

Good kitchen and large bathroom,. Bedroom is compact but confortable. No real issues other than lack of hanging space for clothes. Ideal for a short break for a couple and within easy driving of Wells, Bath, Salisbury, etc.

Very nice apartment

We both enjoyed our stay at The Little Acorn.

We were looking for somewhere quiet but relatively close to Bath City Centre and this ticked both boxes being set some way from any busy roads but only about 20 mins drive from Bath and close enough to a variety of restaurants which were really nice too. If I was to pick one fault (although it was not so much of a big deal), it would be that there was no lock on one of the interior doors that led to what seemed to be a porch area for the main personal property. Apart from that, the bedroom was clean and comfortable, the kitchen was spacious, clean and well equipped, and the shower was amazing - very powerful. Like how I imagine a fire would feel being put out by a fireman. Also, having access to our own drive and garden was a big plus for us. Overall, a really nice place to stay
