Excellent B&B in lovely countryside setting.
The White Horse Inn was a really great find for a weekend break in Wiltshire. The room was a good size with a very comfortable bed, good quality bathroom with large shower area, and views over a field of sheep. The accommodation is in a building about 30 feet behind the pub, and built to a high standard.
Food in the pub is very good. The cooked breakfast had delicious black pudding and sausage, and the evening meals were extremely good, reflecting the Michelin Recommended status. We had an Amuse Bouche of Pea and Truffle soup that was wonderful, the goats cheese and balsamic ice cream starter was delicious, and the rack of lamb also lovely.

Beautiful room in a beautiful location
My room at the White Horse Inn was spacious, very clean, and very comfortable. The bed was perfect, the patio outside with the view of the rolling hills was beautiful, and the complementary homemade cookies in the room to go with my morning coffee in my room was just a perfect touch. I highly recommend this bnb if you're in the area, for a great night's sleep and a great British breakfast.

Comfortable night with excellent dinner
Room was simply furnished, but in good order and spotless, as was the bathroom. all staff were friendly and polite and dinner was excellent. Fortunately, the Inn retains a proper bar and had a good choice of beers and wine by the glass.
Will be happy to stay here again

Friendly welcome at the White Horse Inn
I enjoyed my overnight stay and enjoyed very good unique menu and quality cuisine.
The room was comfortable, with nice personal touches such as home made biscuits.
I was in room 8 situated on the first floor. The bathroom was well fitted but sufferèd from insufficient heàdroom to have a full height shower.

Overnight stay
Comfortable, quiet room .Food presented as gourmet but lacking the flavours which would justify the really high prices charged. A run of the mill cheeseboard costing £9.50, more than many top class restaurants.
