Lovely family run B&B - would recommend and revist
The hotel is situated above a pub and restaurant.
The landlady was extremely friendly, pleasant and welcoming. We arrived later than expected, but we had no problems at all, even got a drink from the bar to enjoy on the terrace area. The room was spacious, with great atmosphere and facilities. Wonderfully located near various points of interest in the heart of the countryside, my city-sensitised ears were ringing from the peacefulness of the area. Breakfast was freshly cooked and generously portioned, with amenities readied for us when we came downstairs.
Overall a lovely stay, perfectly located and very ideal for our needs of further travel. Would happily return to the hotel and would highly recommend for those in situations similar to ourselves.
