About the hotel
A stunning 16th century mansion set in exquisite manicured lawns, Littlecote House Hotel offers plentiful opportunities for a leisurely break, with more than a hint of historical romance. Here in 1535 Henry VIII wooed Jane Seymour, the lovers’ tryst recalled in the Great Hall by a fine decorative Cupid’s head. Yet this is just part of a rich narrative that spans the centuries.
From the lovingly preserved Roman mosaic to the Dutch parlour, Littlecote is a warren of antiquity. Explore Littlecote’s surrounding countryside; you needn’t drive far for Stonehenge, historic Marlborough, Windsor Castle and the majesty of Salisbury Cathedral. If you ever want to leave Littlecote, that is. . . Enjoy the indoor pool and spa pool, the fitness suite and beauty therapies (available at extra cost), plus croquet, tennis and other indoor and outdoor pleasures. The old house itself is a warren of antiquity – it pre-dates Henry VIII and it is jam packed with stories myths and tales…well worth a thorough exploration. Winter or summer, the gardens at Littlecote have something to offer. The north topiaried avenue epitomises the very essence of times past, while the herbaceous borders and the pretty lawns that run down to the burbling Kennet river will calm the soul. Look out for the remains of the Roman villa, and the restored Roman Orpheus Mosaic! On a Warner Leisure Hotels short break there's live entertainment every night with breakfast, three course dinner and accommodation all included in the price. Please note all our breaks are for adults only. All members of the party must be over 21 years of age. (Please note Littlecote House is a non-smoking hotel. )

I booked a nights stay at Littlecote for my friends birthday, and Im pleased to say that she had a wonderful time.
From the minute we arrived nothing disappointed us, the room was clean and comfortable, the facilities kept us busy untill dinner, and the food was excellent. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We left feeling relaxed and refreshed.
Lovely place to stay
Have stayed at Littlecote HOuse before and always enjoyed the experience.
The place itself, especially the old part, is lovely and the grounds are always kept iimmaculate. We only stayed the one night this time and entertainment was really good, the entertainment team very talented. We have stayed at many of the Warners hotels and you can always be sure that the accommodation is great. The only small complaint we had was that the shower in our bathroom didn't work but overall would rate this hotel as superb.
