About the hotel
This is a high quality, spacious one-bedroomed apartment located just a few minutes walk from the historic centre of the World Heritage City of Bath. Recently refurbished, the Star apartment offers all of the lower ground floor of this Georgian terraced house, mixing period architectural style with modern furnishings and fittings. Free WiFi, free tea, coffee & fresh milk, together with competitive pricing makes this an attractive hotel alternative for business or pleasure.
The apartment is well located and offers convenience (at least twenty restaurants within a ten minute stroll) with accessibility (M4 fifteen minutes, mainline railway station five minutes by taxi). If arriving late there are plenty of local shops and take-aways within walking distance. Parking is free from 6 pm to 8 am and all day on Sundays and Bank Holidays; parking at meters at other times. You can use the apartment's parking permit for a small extra charge which allows you to park anywhere in Bath's Central zone. Quiet for a city centre location the apartment is warm in winter and cool in summer. Unfortunately, the apartment is not suitable for someone with a disability due to stairs. Well-behaved pets welcome, but please check beforehand. Bath is fantastic for shopping, restaurants, international sport including Bath rugby and Bath race course, a renowned theatre, two cinemas, the Bath music and literary festivals, and of course the Thermae Bath Spa where you can bathe in the warm, natural mineral-rich waters of Bath. Great accommodation for a great break!

lovely apartment in Bath
We have stayed at the Bath * Apartments twice and hope to stay there again next time we visit Bath.
Its nice to stay in a flat rather than a hotel and its very comfortable with a living room and kitchen. Its also very central without being right in the centre of town. Very friendly welcome too.
Christmas shopping trip
A great base for exploring the city of Bath.
The apartment has everything you need, a real home from home. The welcome basket of fruit, wine and milk in the fridge for a cup of tea was lovely. I would definitely stay again. The apartment is up a steepish hill and there are steps down to it, so it might be tricky if you have mobility problems.
