Beautiful location. Small room but ok value for money.

Pros: Lovely location.

Close to a great 20-30 mins canal walk into town. Comfy bed. Nice bathroom. Close to public transport. Cons: thermostat turned way up- couldn't turn down. Had to open window at night. Shower confusing. Small room but that's ok.

Some changes since our previous stay here.

We stayed later this spring and the weather made a huge difference from our previous stay. The room was on the small side but OK for two people. The view from our balcony with table and chairs was lovely overlooking the River Avon. The black hand basin in the bathroom was strange choice of deco. The room was nice with bedside table, dressing table, easychair and wardrobe etc, and TV. Very comfortable bed. A good standard of cleanliness and service throughout. Staff veryhelpful and friendly in all areas from reception to dining rooms. The noise from the refrigeration plant for the kitchen was noticeable at night, but the sound of the nearby weir helped to have a soothing effect on this.
