Perfectly fine
Perfectly good hotel - the room I stayed in had recently been refurbished and was modern and clean. The location is just off the main Finchley Road so has the advantage of being close to the shops there without being right on the road with all the sirens and traffic. Customer service was surly, both at reception and at breakfast, although staff were pleasant once past the surly first impression. I wasn't expecting breakfast, which was a bonus. There is a lot of choice, although it is mostly tinned fruit and tinned tomatoes, mushrooms etc.

Appreciation of this hotel
This hotel provides a very pleasant stay which we have enjoyed for several years. The staff members are delightful and extremely helpful. The rooms are comfortable and always pleasantly warm. Breakfast is very good and increases the value for money factor. Having the benefit of free parking is a great plus. Two minutes from the underground station and an excellent bus service

Good Value Clean Comfortable Hotel
We stayed here while visiting family in London (so not spending much time in the hotel). The hotel room was clean and comfortable and the booking included breakfast. Couldn't really fault it for the money which was good value (for London).

Great customer service
Great access to central London at a reasonable price. Excellent customer service as they let me leave my car in the car park all day the following day when I travelled into London. The congestion and car parking that I would have paid for would have been almost as much as the cost of the hotel!

You get what you pay for
The Reception Personnel were rude and unwelcoming. The bathroom sink plug didn't work. The sound insulation all round is hopeless - you can hear everything - and I mean everything - going on around you. Breakfast the usual congealing cooked food and ordinary cold foods. The hotel is handy for Finchley Road tube, and it was cheap, So I suppose I got what I paid for.

Great hotel with free parking!
Easy to find, clean and comfortable rooms, a good breakfast in a nice part of London at a reasonable price. What more could you want?

Brilliant !!
Whole team made are stay very enjoyable. Dee especially helpful. Breakfast fantastic with a wide range to choose from (buffet style) and catered for all tastes, and the girls waiting on did a fantastic job. Read previous comment re parking and white vans, to be fair they too where working in London and staying at the Hotel and unlike some Hotels the parking is free on a first come first service. Would definately stay again really enjoyable.

Parking in the area was difficult, however the hotel staff were very accomodating in finding space within the hotels restricted car parking area.
