Great hotel, free upgrade
Room was booked on Late Rooms and we were given a free upgrade to a suite on arrival.
Huge space and excellent facilities. Nice touches were the coffee machine and toiletries. Only downside was the cleaners waking us at 7:30 am on holiday. Location is central but the area is run down and dated.
The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, not to mention all bilingual. The room was of an exceptional standard. I will be booking the radison wherever I go and would 100% book this hotel for a stay in brussels again.
Short stay in Brussles
Hotel was of the quality expected, modern and attractive.
Our room was as it should be but the the second room had no toiletries or hair dryer.
The breakfast at an additional 56 euro for two was unexpected, particularly if one went to breakfast after 9am when there was no one on the door to charge you!
This hotel is in a great location right in the centre, and just a few miles from Eurostar station.
It's a comfortable hotel with very helpful, friendly staff. The bed was very comfortable. The room furniture is very dark, heavy wood, which makes the room very dark. The rooms could benefit from some updating and the bathroom needs attention, with cracked tiles and a dripping bathroom tap, but having said that I would stay there again.
Excellent hotel in good location
I've stayed here several times on business trips and find the hotel to be central / well located and the rooms are of a good standard.
Hotel bar and restaurant good quality. Would recommend.
Friendly check-in staff were very helpful, despite losing reservation.
Room itself was spacious, clean, very comfortable and extremely pleasant. Only complaints would be the over-heating (not customer adjustable) and the arrangement of the bathroom door that prohibits any toilet privacy. Room service delicious and not too badly priced. Concierge somewhat bad tempered when asked to hold bags / assist with taxis but all in all a decent hotel for a couple of nights in Bruxelles.
The room was clean but the furniture and furnishings were outdated and made the room feel rather dark and small.
central pinpoint in brussels
only the windows were sometimes a little bit cold by letting enter some wind
