Short stay in Brussles
Hotel was of the quality expected, modern and attractive. Our room was as it should be but the the second room had no toiletries or hair dryer.
The breakfast at an additional 56 euro for two was unexpected, particularly if one went to breakfast after 9am when there was no one on the door to charge you!

Great Location
This hotel is in a great location right in the centre, and just a few miles from Eurostar station. It's a comfortable hotel with very helpful, friendly staff. The bed was very comfortable. The room furniture is very dark, heavy wood, which makes the room very dark. The rooms could benefit from some updating and the bathroom needs attention, with cracked tiles and a dripping bathroom tap, but having said that I would stay there again.

Pretty good
Friendly check-in staff were very helpful, despite losing reservation. Room itself was spacious, clean, very comfortable and extremely pleasant. Only complaints would be the over-heating (not customer adjustable) and the arrangement of the bathroom door that prohibits any toilet privacy! Room service delicious and not too badly priced. Concierge somewhat bad tempered when asked to hold bags / assist with taxis but all in all a decent hotel for a couple of nights in Bruxelles.

Outdated
The room was clean but the furniture and furnishings were outdated and made the room feel rather dark and small.
