Hotel ok but due to my partner falling flat on her face at the entrance.it was somewhat spoilt. The step at the entrance was not highlighted. Also she was not the only guest to trip.

Cheap with a good location on the promenade, so reasonable value. However......
Accommodation Had an ageing feeling of past glory and grandeur. The environment is worn and dated. Distinct attempt to squeeze people in. At Breakfast there were about half of the tables full, but squashed Into a very small area with little room for manoeuvre.
The breakfast was mediocre with distinctly undercooked toast, which did not improve when second lot reordered. Very few staff so long waits.
Room was very dated but clean. Shower would have been quality decades ago but not for today.
Wouldn't return to this hotel, but enjoyed Llandudno.

A lovely sea front room! Spa bathroom was very old and dated and in urgent need to be updated. Our bar meal was very average

Hotel could do with a good spring clean. Service for breakfast was very abrupt and staff obviously
Found us a hassle to serve even though that was there job. There were 4 people on our table
For breakfast and we got 1 mushroom between 4 of us as part of our breakfast.

Nice people Retro hotel
This is a private hotel and I wish the owners well, they need to invest in some new mattresses as a start we had 2 rooms and both were in need of replacement. The staff were excellent but the hotel is tired mainly elderly residents that probably feel at home with the decor.
