Lovely hotel , room was quite small but very clean , beautiful sea views
The room and the views were lovely.
The parking arrangements are totally inadequate for the level of activities booked by the hotel. After a long journey having to travel the streets of Southend to find a parking space is not acceptable. The receptionist was unhelpful on the parking issues.
At breakfast whilst it is good to have an egg cooked to order, if asking for one egg, to be told that the chef only cooks two at a time which are then dumped on your plate isn't good policy.
Nice people, nice feeling, great food.
Single room had 'tired' bed and misty shower at best. Shame really as everything else was very good.
VERY comfortable bed and great view of the sea. It did work out expensive having three teenage children as we had to class them as adults. But great atmosphere in the bar and restaurant all times of day.
1 night stay with 2 and 4 year old
We were greeted with a warm welcome.
Our room was lovely, it was a family room on the ground floor with a shower room. Despite being next to the busy restaurant/ bar it was quiet and very comfortable.
The children shared a double sofa bed but we were told that if we wanted separate camp beds they were available. The food in the restaurant was lovely.
Roslin Beach Hotel
Excellent customer service however the room was very cramped.
Roslin Beach Hotel
Fantastic place to stay!
outstanding value for money.
pleasant helpful staff and a room with a wonderul view
Lovely stay in a lovely hotel
Can't fault it!
Lovely customer service- shame about the room niggles
So much about this hotel is great, the restaurant, the staff, the decor, a fantastic bed; but a few things niggled unfortunately, especially for a four star hotel.
The room was small, so small I couldn't wheel my wheelie case past the end of the bed, then there was nowhere for me to leave it except for in the middle of the floor. In addition the walls are really thin, thinner than I think I've ever experienced in a hotel; I could not only hear voices from the next room, I could hear my neighbours spoken conversations as they turned in for the night. A real shame, otherwise this would be an excellent hotel.
