lovely hotel shame about the guests
We booked the hotel for our anniversary as we were seeing a play in Birmingham. The check in was fine and the room was nice. After our night out we came back and had a couple of drinks, again still no problem. When we settled down at about 1.30 we heard some noise from the room next door and thought, it will settle down. But no it got worse swearing and playing loud music, they even had their door propped open so every nearby room could hear them. We called down to reception to complain. The duty manager came and told us that there had already been complaints about them and had warned them again, but so we would not get disturbed again moved us to another room. The room was lovely again. However to move we had to get dressed, re-pack and go up 4 floors so we were wide awake at 2am and as a result got very little sleep. The manager gave us a 50% refund to compensate us, but would have preferred to stay where we were and had the trouble causes ejected. Harsh but as we were disturbed and put out for them it does not seem fair.

Best Birmingham hotel I have stayed in
This hotel was fantastic, very clean and tidy, friendly staff, the rooms are modern, the beds huge and very comfortable, chair in the room was amazingly comfortable and the shower was fab with three different settings, felt like I was at a spa! All round super hotel, would definitely stay again. We left a phone charged in the room and contacted the hotel who are posting it to our home address, great service.

Excellent - especially if purchased with breakfast included.
We originally only booked for 1 night b&b but after seeing how nice the room and breakfast were, we actually ended up staying for 3 nights. Walking distance from most things - Mailbox,Bullring, Broad street and canals.
I would give this hotel 5 stars.

Very nice
Very nice hotel enjoyed it greatly
The location is perfect for getting to the bullring and also the sea life center
However we did have to pay £26.50 for two nights parking which I thought was free before I booked it
