Travelodge Belfast Central
Great place to stay.
Travel Lodge Belfast
We stayed in the Travel Lodge Belfast just for one night as part of my 'birthday treat', our twin room was spotless, warm and very comfortable.
The location was 'spot on' close to the City centre, bars and restaurants. Although we didn't stay out late, the 24 hour reception is great for those who would wish to do so.
Good hotel for city break.
Travelodge Belfast Central
Great value for money.
Will use again.
As always staff very nice, liked the fact that the front entrance had security late at night asking for our room number and name.
Only one complaint was we were in room 407 at the back of the hotel looking at a brick wall.....
Staff were really nice , location was great had a really nice time just the room was a bit tired needs a like of paint new carpet ect
Good value for central location
Basic but Central. No On Site Car park Facilities. Very noisy during the night
Strong Springs at the room doors cause these to close with a Slam.
This reverberated via the fabric of the buildings into rooms several doors away. Our bed was very uncomfortable, and the Room was far to hot for a comfortable nights sleep. All in all, with other guests noisily coming and going throughout the night, we did not catch much sleep. The overall Room décor looks tired and dated. We have limited mobility, so car parking a distance away was an issue. On the Positive side, it is very centrally located, the staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. It was also not very expensive. However, on balance, at our stage of life we prefer to pay that little bit extra for Less Noise at night, a better quality bed, and On Site Car Parking
Room, Easter weekend 2015
We stayed here 6 months previously and decided to book again.
We arrived at approx 6.45pm and were given keys to our room which I paid £225.00 for 3 months earlier. The room we were given on floor 6 had a view of a brick wall and had a huge vent running down the building right outside the one and only small window !. (hence the reason for only giving a rate of 1 for the room and value for money...We did not even unpack, I went to reception, the receptionist was very nice and gave us 2 comp vouchers for breakfast the next morning and apologised regards the room. She explained she was unable to offer us another room that night but if we came back in the morning we would get keys to other vacated rooms to have a look. We did this and we were given 2 sets of keys, the first room we looked at on the 4th floor we took right away as this had a far better view over the square and the room was big and much brighter. Apart from that our stay was fine, very central and handy, within walking distance for most things, entertainment, transport etc etc..... we did not use Olio's restaurant as we found it too pricey, i only used it for the comp breakfast as I did not have to pay, but if I did not have the vouchers I would not have eaten there as I said it is far too pricey. We choose to go to Wetherspoons a few minutes walk away, well worth the wee stroll..... in saying all of that we would definitely book again but would hopefully be able to state we would want a room similar to the one we ended up with.
Living in hell would be better.
unfriendly staff, extremely small room for one person never mind two, very noisy from staff at the back smoking during the night and from hotel guests in other rooms.
