80% would recommend it to a friend
I didn't like the room we had but in saying that the atmosphere and staff were so friendly, fun and professional we stayed an extra night...
I really can't say better than that
I booked this hotel because of its location.
The view was really great, the room was clean, food great, staff friendly. Everything was great except that next to the hotel there is a Disco club which was open until 4am on Sunday morning. The music was so loud that i had a feeling that i am in the middle of the club. We couldn't sleep a minute until they closed.( We were in the luxury double room, first floor.)
Very enjoyable stay
Hotel in great position.
Staff cant do enough to help and are very friendly. Continental breakfast lovely.
Hotel was small , but warm and clean. All staff were smiley and friendly, lovely :0
Even tho the lift was tiny, I did manage to get my disabled father in.
Other than that the hotel was fab, lovely and friendly. Could'nt wish for a better site, right opposite the pier, father loved it. Well done Amsterdam had a great time .
Stayed here in april and was thoroughly pleased.
room was clean and view was excellent + got a free room upgrade as they were laying new floor. Perfect location as it is opposite the pier.
Excellent hotel, would definitely recommend it to friends, family and the public.
Worth the money except I had to pay extra for breakfast in a luxurious room.
1 star hotel
Paid £169 for 1 night, hence expectations were for a good room and nice breakfast.
The room is a very noisy one. You will hear the door of you neighbours being closed. You will hear creaking noises from the lift. Walking noise all night from either rooms above or next to you or from the hallway.
If you are planning on sleep - take sleeping pills. Forgot to mention, hotel has a nightclub or late bar downstairs. Breakfast, not sure if you could call that food. Stale croissant, cheap toast bread, brown salad as a decoration. No eggs and no cooked breakfast offered.
Avoid at all cost. On a reflection, I should have taken the train back home and sleep on a train.
Great hotel, friendly staff and very clean lovely sea view.
Bar and breakfast staff very happy and friendly.
Could not fault location, room or the staff. Had a great night away in Brighton for my husbands birthday. Very helpful staff and really nice clean hotel.
Nice little hotel
Stayed overnight with my girlfriend and they were accommodating as she uses crutches so had a room available near the lift on the lowest floor (no rooms on ground).
We were just in time for breakfast at 10am and the staff gave us coffee and croissants, not much but it was included in our stay. Staff were also nice enough to delay our check out til 11:30am as were running late which was a bonus. Overall a pleasant stay.
extremely friendly staff
i stayed at the hotel with a friend and we stayed in a twin room.
it was the only hotel I could find that looked nice for under £200. The room was fairly basic and could have done with a little more soft furnishings to soften it. HOWEVER the staff were so friendly and accommodating, breakfast was lovely (although not a cooked breakfast).
I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again
