Very enjoyable one-night stay at the Imperial
Just another short break for my wife and me.
The Imperial has become one of our regular ports of call for our short breaks, as everything about it is superb: beautiful room; great little fitness club, including a very pleasant swimming pool; excellent breakfast, and very friendly and helpful staff. It's a bit pricey (especially the bar!) but you get what you pay for and I don't object to paying for quality. Can't wait to stay there again.
i paid £170 for one night b/b when i first went to the room, it looked nice.
sat down for a coffee and i looked round my room, that is when i saw the paint chipped round the bathroom door and the skirting board was all marked and chipped all over and the ceiling needs painting and for the windows well you can see and feel the dirt on the glass inside and out. i have stopped in better b/b for a lot less money.
A pleasant break
Our superior room overlooked the car park.
Quiet, a good size, comfortable etc. However, I would have liked a sea view which seems to be accommodated in standard room format. A very enjoyable stay, pleasant helpful staff, good food a bit of supervision required on room service e.g. towels etc. Llandudno is a nice resort and The Imperial Hotel a good choice.
Great place to stay
Great hotel good location attentive staff and great food.
Single night stay
Good hotel situated on the sea front, but be aware of the limited parking.
Room was OK, the bed was very comfortable. Very pleasant evening in the bar drinking cocktails and listing to live jazz. Only negative comment is that the waiters were slow to clear up tables after people left. This let down the rest of the hotel and did not match the 4 star rating or the prices.
had a great couple of days relaxing
Long Weekend Break
Wonderful 3 day stay in a room with sea view, Staff were attentive and friendly, The spa was wonderful as I went with a stuffy cold and came home without it, Only downside was the parking but at £1.50 for street parking all day, it was bot too much of a problem.
Looking forward to another visit soon.
Love this hotel
Stayed at this hotel 3 times, we love it, the staff are lovely and very helpful the spa is very nice just wish kids where not allowed.
They can be quite loud. We have eaten in reastraunt + bar both are very good. I the car park is a bit small for the size of hotel. We will be hoping to stay hear again next month.
The breakfast on Friday morning was disappointing.
The bacon was tough, mushrooms awful and egg cold. I should have sent it back but was at the hotel for a short break after my husband's death. I did tell the waitress when she came to pick up my plate. She said if I'd told her sooner she would have replaced it. I feel the meal had been standing for a long time. When I checked out nothing had been mentioned. This annoyed me as I felt they thought it was of no consequence when I always look forward to breakfast.
