Oh dear!
Not the hotels fault, however on the Sunday morning we discovered that there was not hot water. We wanted to use the gym but did not fancy having a cold shower, so did not get to use the facility. We were told the person who deals with such things did not work on Sundays. if we had been told that it was being fixed and that if we wanted to stay past our leaving time of 11am, so we could shower, that would have been usefull. As it was we had to drive home un showered.

Fantastic
I took my wife away for a night, the spa and health suite were amazing, cleaning and quite. The room was very comfortable and clean and the restaurants were brilliant although the drinks were a little over priced! We were very impressed and would defiantly stay here again, especially making sure we spent longer in the saunas and steam rooms!

Having been a leisure club member and now having stayed there, we knew what to expect and were not dissatisfied with any aspect of the stay. Rooms were comfortable, beds firm and food adequate. Staff very friendly.
