Friendly staff spolit by noisey hotel
The staff here go out of their way to assist you. Our room was located on the 3rd floor next to the lift, and cleaners cupboard. The sound of the lift carried through to our room and early morning cleaners dragging trolleys and bagging doors didn't help. The paper thin walls mean you hear everything going on above and next door. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. we didn't eat in the restaurant as it was closed for 2 days and the menu was not suitable for us. The location, although away from the city centre, has busses stopping right outside that will take you to many attractions around the city.

Mattress on bed
Too hard, must have a softer mattress, specially for people staying longer than the weekend.
