They need to know more bout the township as where and how to travel around for tourist or any backpackers.
Overall everything is ok.
Skip the breakfast
Location of this Hotel is great- it is a city center.
Although breakfast is included, eat at the Hotel if you really have to. As we stayed on the 6th floor it was quite a nigthmare to find out on the last day that the elevator isn't working. We had a room facing car park, which in general was good and quite, exept from Thursday and Friday, when noise from the pubs was outstanding (live music). If front room is chosen bear in mind heavy traffic and busy roundabout. As a bad thing I can add that Hotel should not charge commercial rate to it's own customers for the car park -it is not fair especially as we stayed there for almost a week. Another negative thing- housekeeping starts rattling on the corridor around 8.30-9 in the morning, which might be stressful (in other words, please remember about "do not disturb" sign if you want to have quite, undisturbed morning). In defence I can add that we had a great night sleep (after the noise was over) and the room was always tidy and fresh. Overall- good value for money and our negatives may not be a problem for others.
over priced for basic accomodation
Room on sixth floor no ventilation as window did not open.
Blind broken. Breakfast was poor coffee and juice machines all broken. Replacement coffee in pot was undrinkable. Bread was frozen and hot food was cold. Tables dirty and hardly any staff.

Extremely helpful staff. Parking at the hotel despite being in central Edinburgh. Wonderfully restful sleep despite being on the ground floor beside Leith Walk and Queen Street intersection-incredibly quiet!!.
