Ideal location
Third time we have been to Chester but the best with this lovely hotel in a great location .5 minute walk from the centre , just far enough away from the bars and restaurants and for the ladies the shops . Excellant friendly service by all the staff .We cant wait to come again. Hopefully we will come on a race day and try and get a package deal at the hotel

Good value for money
The only downside is our bedroom must have been by the air conditioning outlet as there was noise most of the night.

Chester break
Check In on the Sunday was fast, was told breakfast was 6.30 to 10.30, receptionist forgot to tell us breakfast finished at 9.30 Tues morn so we missed it. Room was clean but very warm, the maid gave us a fan but it didn't really do much. Overall the stay was really good, the staff especially nice. Good location with view of racecourse.

Cheap and cheerful
Hotel is fine for a budget hotel. Plenty of parking and wifi etc. Be warned that the hotel is built on a main road and is incredibly noisy at night with traffic passing, especially if the bedroom window is open.

ManagementResponse
