Really enjoyed my stay here.
Room was perfect, very clean & I had room service on the first night which was very quick & the food was lovely. Would definitely stay here again!
Friendly, excellent location
Typical 'chain' hotel.
Staff friendly. Buffet breakfast fine - usual choices - something for everyone - but not the greatest. Location great for cinema, shopping centre and restaurants - you can easily walk from hotel, and 10 minute drive to Ironbridge and all museums. Good base - would recommend and stay again.
Holiday Inn TELFORD - IRONBRIDGE
Good access for Telford international centre.
Lovely accommodation, shame we didn't get a chance to use all the amenities due to being at the International Centre all day.
No Tennis Courts
We specifcally booked this Hotel in Telford as it said on the webpage at Late Rooms that it had a tennis Court.
Low and behold no Tennis Court. Hotel was pleasant and comfortable.

Dear C Goss,
Thank you for taking the time to review our property. Our hotel is committed to providing our guests with the highest quality services and facilities. It is regrettable that you were let down by the absence of tennis court. Please accept my sincere apologies for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you. While I understand that your stay was not 100% satisfactory, I hope you give us a chance in the future to show you how great our hotel is.
We stayed here for one night as we were going to visit the Victorian village nearby.
When we arrived the staff on reception were really friendly and welcoming. They gave my two grandchildren a gift bag each which was really nice of them. Our room was spotless and very spacious with plenty of room for four of us. The lady on the bar was really lovely but did refuse to serve my granddaughter when she asked for a beer (6 years old) It made us laugh. We booked in for breakfast the next morning and it was excellent, plenty to choose from. Overall one of the best places we have stayed and would highly recommend it.
The room we stayed in we found hairs on floor in the bathroom and found a tablet on the floor under a table by the skirting board ...We reported this to reception 3 times on the third report on it the lady on reception had to come and clean the bathroom floor...not very happy and won't be staying at this hotel again...I've stopped in a few holiday inn's and never had any problems with cleanliness of rooms.
god only knows what would of happened if our young children had been with us and of picked up the tablet on the floor and put it in there mouth. just hope this is an isolated incedent for this hotel.

Loved it at Holiday Inn Telford, staff were very friendly and willing to accommodate.
Rooms were spotless and food was excellent. Wide choice of breakfast options. Check out was a lovely 12noon which meant no rushing as most hotels have an earlier checkout so this is a definite plus. Free entry into wonderland. Close to town centre and restaurants, a very big outside park with lots of activities fro different ages within walking distance. All in all an excellent place to stay for families or business as near to International centre.
After a long drive from Scotland all you need is a good nights sleep, however this was impossible in this hotel as the mattress was like sleeping on a concrete block.
I was like a zombie the next morning at my conference and suffered on the journey back due to lack of sleep. Three of us shared a room which cost £140, definitely not worth the money!

Thank you for taking time to post a review. I'm really sorry that you were uncomfortable and wish that we could have had an opportunity to fix this for you as I can appreciate that after such a long journey, you needed a good night's sleep. Never hesitate to let us know in future if we can do anything to assist you, and if you would like to let me know in which room you stayed, I can investigate the mattresses on your behalf.
Kind regards, Lis Frost, Guest Relations Manager
