Clean,comfortable, quiet, central
We were spending 24 hours in Oxford & this was ideal accommodation.
It was clean and comfortable, in a quiet square, but only 2 minutes walk from the Ashmolean so central as well. There are lots of places to eat nearby (Little Clarendon Street at the end of the square & St Giles round the corner). We didn't have the breakfast at Rewley House, but found a very good one a few minutes away. The only thing I would suggest is that if you don't want to climb stairs, ask for a room on the ground or 1st floor. Ours was at the top of the house, which was great - views of the square & a nice big room - but a long way up.
Campus hotel accommodation
Clean spacious room - had to cross road to get to reception and breakfast Felt like student accommodation - which in effect it was- rather than a hotel.
Would stay again. Decent value for money in an expensive area.
Breakfast brought back memories of student life.
Issues dealt with
No customer information pack so I did not know what number to dial to contact reception to report the remote control to the tv was missing.
Receptionist came up to the room to search for it, to no avail. Caretaker delivered a remote within 30 mins. 3 long black hairs on the side of the bath. Reported issue to manager. Apologies received and free breakfast at next stay.
Great location and accommodation for the price
Weekend in Oxford
Lovely accommodation I felt safe, brilliant location would recommend
Briliant room, grand location.
Nice room, nice surroundings
Nice, centrally located but still quiet place
We enjoyed the quietness during the nights, the near walking distance to the city of Oxford and the interesting people we met during breakfast - we'll come back for sure.
