Highly recommend

Great value for money, central location, quirky hotel with very attentive & friendly staff.

Breakfast superb I cannot fault my stay. Everything you need for a great experience is covered, tea/ coffee facilities in room, iron & ironing board also pus toiletries if you need them.

Great hotel for any type of visit to The Weege.

I've stayed in Abode Hotel a few times now as it is very reasonably priced and of a high standard.

Previously I have went for the 'regular' room but more recently I upgraded to a 'superior' room. I honestly didn't think there was much difference between them so will be back to the regular room for my next visit. Extras that I had ordered (flowers and wine) were beautiful and worth that wee bit extra if you're trying to impress your partner.

We are looking forward to our next visit in the new year.

Nice City Break

Stayed here for a night in town with my husband.

Nice hotel, modern, friendly and beds were really comfortable. Great location too. Would definitely recommend.

Glasgow was great / Hotel was poor.

We booked and paid more for a superior room - as advertised on the website.

We ended up with a basic room / 1 seat in the room / we queried it on the first day but was told that was that because the hotel was busy. The following day I was still not happy and queried it again this time they accepted what we thought we had booked we did not get but at 8:30pm on our second night he offered us the better room / it would have meant moving all our gear at 9pm and would totally have spoiled our night so we told them to forget it. When we came to check out they tried to charge us an extra 55.00 to what we had agreed. We loved Glasgow and there was loads of hotels / accommodation to choose from it was unfortunate we had really made a bad choice.

Great night out in Glasgow Central to bars and restaurants excellent bed & room no outside noise

First time staying at the art-house (abode) in Glasgow me and my boyfriend went for our first over night away in Glasgow central to all the bars and restaurants.

Our room was a desirable nicely decorated with artwork from paintings of Glasgow cathedral and other Glasgow sites bed was like a giant marshmallow it was the best nights sleep ever. Staff are warm and friendly very nice hotel. We had a room at the back of the hotel which was great as we didn't get the noise from the busy streets. Two things I will say the air conditioning could work a little better room was a bit stuffy the lowest the ac went was 19 and our DVD player in our room was broken I would stay again though.

The Arthouse

Room was nice but a bit dusty, as a travel agent I like to be honest in reviews and tell my customers about hotels I have stayed at and enjoyed.

It was Central and bed was comfortable. Room was small but did the job

Lovely but small room

Only downside is that room was a little small but a gorgeous hotel and lovely staff.

Loved the historic decor. Wished that they had details about the history of the building in the room.

great hotel

The hotel was lovely, decorated really nice and the bed was amazing, the only bad thing was all the taps in our room only had hot running water no cold, i did mention it to the staff at reception when we where leaving and they did apologise but where aware of it, i think we should have been told as we had to order room service to get cold water.
