The Exhibitionist Hotel is the next generation of luxury boutique hotels. Located in the heart of South Kensington, the hotel is just a stone’s throw away from London’s array of shopping and cultural attractions.

Situated within beautifully restored eighteenth century townhouses, The Exhibitionist Hotel brings together the heritage of the original property with contemporary and stylish design.

Guests of our luxury boutique hotel have the option to personalise their stay to suit their own preferences, allowing for a uniquely tailored experience. This personal service starts right at the point of reservation during which guests can customise their stay – everything from the scent, taste and feel of their stay – nothing is too much trouble.

From all day dining, through to inventive and creative cocktails , indulgent plunge pools, private balconies and outdoor cinemas, guests can expect the best from their visit to The Exhibitionist Hotel in South Kensington.

The Exhibitionist Hotel will open in autumn 2014 and will feature 37 individually designed and bespoke rooms, including a number of spacious suites. It is the first in a collection of luxury boutique hotels offering seamless personalised service.

Sweet and sour
Very interesting place. Some money has been spent on tarting the place up but probably not quite enough.
Positives:
Pleasant staff
Comfortable bed
Half the furnishings
Negatives:
Size of the room
The lift
The other half of the furnishings
Generally it's really not bad, but it's not as good as it thinks it is. Weird stuff missing, e.g. no tea / coffee making facilities in room. The Club Sandwich was actually a mayonnaise sandwich with a little chicken in rather than the other way round and you need to be Shrek to fit it in your mouth. The lift is tiny, slow and decorated with plastic grass.
The staff seem like really nice people, but either they have been overtrained or they are just trying too hard, so checking in takes twice as long as is necessary. There is no 'directory' in the room but a mini iPad with all the information you could dream of, but it is a complete pain to use as the navigation doesn't seem to work in the case. The nicer furnishings are really nice; solid and aesthetically pleasing. The cheaper furnishings are just cheap (see how many of the round mirrors you can count) and generally 'bling' rather than stylish.
The bathroom had both a bath and a separate shower (which was excellent). The toiletries were nice and the room scent was a nice touch.
Would I stay there again? Perhaps. But I would want a bigger room for the money as the "deluxe double" was no more than a glorified cupboard next to the lift shaft

Beautiful boutique without the ponce
We stayed here for our anniversary, it is firstly an amazing attack on your sense as you walk in.... Beautiful artwork in the whole hotel. Your offered three smell options in your room from a scented wood. Such a nice touch. They made us hot chocolate at 0130 in the
Morning because we wanted it. AMAZING

Acceptable Stay
The Exhibitionist Hotel on first appearances certainly impresses, but unfortunately for me it is missing the basics. I booked a Deluxe Suite Double Room which was small but furnished well. It lacked the basic comforts of water (had to be requested from reception) & tea/coffee making facilities. My night’s sleep was interrupted by the constant noise from the power cycling of the buildings air-condition units outside the window. When I commented civilly on this matter to staff, the previously high levels of customer service were replaced with a blank face a no apology. This room was on offer and was therefore value for money, but I would not pay the full room rate for this Hotel. In summary this Hotel is in a great location, close to all the museums and South Kensington tube station, but the glossy appearance is deceiving.
