We stayed in a comfortable beautiful room with a four poster bed. Great place to stay.
Avoid the breakfast though very over priced!
Was upgraded as it was my wife's birthday which was very nice of them. Excellent location.
Lovely hotel, very clean with newly decorated room.
Excellent location. Would recommend this hotel.
Everything great about my stay.
Hotel completely refurbished and staff particularly pleasant.
Great spot, room had no window!
Great location and staff were very welcoming.
Room unfortunately had no windows, so felt like I was in a tardus. Spa facilities were first class and completely underused.
The Piccadilly London West End
Perfect location for a fleeting visit to London.
We were visiting a relative who was performing in a theatre nearby. Parked in Q park in Chinatown just a few minutes from both the theatre and hotel. Staff were super friendly, room was immaculate. Only complaint is they must have the slowest elevator in London.
I've stayed in many hotels across London and the U.K.
I rarely sleep well. Traffic noise, uncomfortable bed, inconsiderate guests. My night at this hotel was great though. The room at the rear of the hotel was peaceful. The bed was firm, but that's how I like it. The room was small but cosy and well-equipped. The other guests were well behaved. Staff were very welcoming. Providing the cost remains reasonable, this hotel with its central location, is ideal.
Clean , smart , good location.
Room was on the small side, OK for one person, not for two imo.
Nice rooms, good service, good location.
Don't think twice
Quality hotel with excellent staff, great comfortable spotless rooms in the heart of the city.
Cannot fault it and will definitely be back. Freshly made breakfast made to order and delicious start to the day. A lovely welcome glass of the sparkly stuff on arrival A⭐️
Great hotel close to London theatre land
What a fantastic hotel, booked it for my wife's birthday, wanted somewhere close to the theatre (could get any closer as it turns out) on arrival we are given a drink and then informed that they have given us a room upgrade to the four poster bed free of charge.
Once in the room we find HAPPY BIRTHDAY spelt out on the bed in dried petals and a small but very nice box of chocolates, a lovely touch.
If you want a hotel close to the theatre or a special occasion then this is the one!
