Super Hotel
We have stayed at this hotel before but I think it was even better than last time. From the outside it doesn't have that grand entrance but from the moment we arrived the reception staff were polite, helpful and friendly. The room was spacious with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. There is the added bonus of free use of the facilities pool, jacuzzi etc which I took advantage off. Finally breakfast was superb. Great value hotel

Lovely staff
Staff are very friendly and helpful. Paid for a standard room mentioned about having a travel cot and they upgraded my room for me as they say a standard wouldn't of fit one. I have stayed in cheaper hotels with a lot bigger rooms although the hotel was nice could do with a bit touching up here and there mark and paint missing etc. lift very noisy it doesn't sound heathy. Pool area is lovely with a jacuzzi nice big to in the room. Rooms could do with more plug sockets only two available and ones taken by the kettle so struggled to charge phone and set up baby monitor

You get what you pay for and a little more.
This is not my first visit and I new what to expect. Some of the rooms need updating and the bathroom cleaning could be better but all in all, good value for money.

one night stay
Room okay. Customer service not good. Hairdryer in room didnt work reported to reception who said someone would bring another. After 10 minutes or so no one appeared so i rang back I was then informed that the hairdryers were attached and it was not possible to get another. If I hadnt called to check i would have been sitting waiting all night! I then had to ask id i could use one in another room. One would assume that this would have been thought about. But it clearlly wasnt important

Welcoming
staff were really helpful and welcoming, we booked this hotel last minute as my son was playing tending in Nottingham. The price we paid (£52) seemed very good and the hotel had a pool - so job done.
It's a well equipped hotel with great facilities and I would definitely recommend.

Smelly reception
When we walked into reception all we could smell was chlorine from the pool. I am just glad we did not want anything to eat or drink.
