Nice room shame about the lights (lack of)
Nice big room, good value & friendly staff but very poor lights in the room - need a head torch to read in bed!

one night stay
Room okay. Customer service not good. Hairdryer in room didnt work reported to reception who said someone would bring another. After 10 minutes or so no one appeared so i rang back I was then informed that the hairdryers were attached and it was not possible to get another. If I hadnt called to check i would have been sitting waiting all night! I then had to ask id i could use one in another room. One would assume that this would have been thought about. But it clearlly wasnt important

Welcoming
staff were really helpful and welcoming, we booked this hotel last minute as my son was playing tending in Nottingham. The price we paid (£52) seemed very good and the hotel had a pool - so job done.
It's a well equipped hotel with great facilities and I would definitely recommend.

Smelly reception
When we walked into reception all we could smell was chlorine from the pool. I am just glad we did not want anything to eat or drink.

Peaceful Stay
I found Kegworth Staff very accommodating. They were helpful in showing me around, helping with the radiator operation and showing me where the Bible was. Also arranging for a taxi, and meals with the chef.

Dated
Stayed for one night. Friendly, helpfull staff. Upon entering the room it felt cold and there was mould around the bath tiles, dust around the light fittings. The floors were creaky, i was kept awake by guests returning to their room at night by it. Not worth the £84 per night
