Stay with children and young grandchildren.
Had a wonderful stay. The staff were wonderful, helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. First time we have used Novotel but would not hesitate to use them again.

Great central location
Great hotel in a central location. We needed a family room at late notice and found a deal on late rooms. I wasn't expecting much but was really surprised by the quality of the hotel, excellent service and great breakfast (free for kids). The kids loved the pancake machine.

Novotel Bristol in June
Staff were friendly and it was very convenient for the railway station (walking distance). I ate in the bar and the seat height table height doesn't work well.

Good location and friendly staff
Had a lovely one night stay here. Close to riverside and short walk to city centre.
Reception staff lovely and very welcoming. Only downside was the bed. Not a comfortable nîghts sleep as constant squeak with every turn. Apart from that, nice hotel :)

Viewing universities
The comfort of a decent hotel combined with staff who nothing was too much trouble for was especially great as my son fell ill and needed hospital attention..

Great hotel at a good price
Lovely hotel. Rooms were nice and spacious with a great little bathroom. Plenty of space for us girlies to get ready and sleep comfortably. Quiet area too which was fab. Definitely value for money for a decent night away.

Everything great
For an affordable room (£75 one night, double) I was very impressed. Staff were cheerful, friendly and helpful, room was clean, comfortable and well equipped and facilities seemed varied although I did not need them.
