Great accommodation for Business Travellers
The accommodation is situated within 2 minutes walk of Birmingham New Street Station and is Clean and well presented. The entrance hall might give you second thoughts at first sight as it's in the shell of an old building but the actual rooms have been modernized and out-fitted to a high standard with all amenities you would expect in a self contained serviced apartment.
Definitely will stay here again! Not the cheapest, but rates for > 1 or 2 days can be negotiated down to a more manageable sum.
Ideal for anyone who doesn't want to get stuck in the 4-walls of a standard hotel room and eat hotel food each and every day.

A bit eery
I got to the accommodation late - there was an old, heavy door - and dark corridors. motion sensors on the lighting had a few seconds delay, so round every corner it was dark for 3-4 seconds before the lights came on....the building felt very utilitarian, like something from communist Russia. I didn't see any other person in the building, and 3 locks on the door....All a bit weird for me

Great location and value for money
Located very centrally and the apartment was spacious and clean. Ideal for the four of us to socialise and get ready for a night out. It was fully equipped with cooking facilities, including dish washer and freezer. The only draw back was only 1 key for the four of us and the check out was a little too early of 10:30 am. However when we arrived it did say this could be altered by prior arrangement. Maybe a bit late by time we got there though. Also parking was difficult and even though it stated offsite parking for £5 it had no link or indication where this was. Ended up paying £19 in mailbox for 24hrs. Overall the accommodation was well worth the money and would recommend it.

Very average with no parking nearby
If you like your apartment smelling of Indian food, in need of decorating and a good 15 minutes walk away from the NCP car park they will tell you is "just around the corner" then this is just the place for you. All in all very average and I'd not recommend staying here.
If you decide to go for it though and like me you'll have an overnight bag, brief case and suit carrier then use one the car parks that are closer than the NCP they recommend. Admittedly there is no car parking nearby but there are two much closer at 5 to 7 minutes away.
