I didn't appreciate my room as I booked for a delux also a couple of times where the table & drawers weren't cleaned at all. We had to ask twice for toilet papers when ran out & even after room been serviced it was no toilet paper. I asked for xtention for a few hrs checking out as our flite was at 8pm we were told to pay xtra $95 then $110, it wasn't after I asked about my room I then got a ph call saying NO xtra charges but to no explanation if because if was given a wrong room. We were locked out on our last day about 3.pm after we arranged an extention. Didn't need this after been out shopping & rushing back to start packing & get ready to fly out...not happy at all

happy to stay again
Disappointed that we got in from a concert at midnight and had to be up by 5.30am that were were disturbed several times during night by what appeared to be night staff in corridor. Also with proximity to airport it would have been nice to have an option on breakfast. However none was available before 6am. altogether I would stay again but maybe some effort could be made with noise control.
