Last minute but good value

Stayed before.

Great staff. Bit noisy due to nightclub over the road tipping out at 4am. Overall good value

Dirty, smelly, noisy, overpriced

I stayed here for 3 nights, Friday to Monday morning.

The hotel is in Fenny Stratford near Bletchely opposite a nightclub. Every night from about 8pm till 5am there are crowds of people shouting and screaming outside the hotel. The locals use the road right outside the hotel as a drag strip for their souped up cars. The hotel itself has seen better days. The carpets are stained, the rooms themselves are very, very basic with woodchip wallpaper and soft beds. They look like it's not been decorated for about 30 years. There is virtually no soundproofing so you get to hear everything which is going on in the adjoining rooms, including arguments (of which there were a lot), people moving furniture and toilet habits. Guests were also apparently smoking in their rooms as the hotel smells of second cigarette smoke. This is probably the second worst hotel I've ever stayed in, beaten only by a hotel in Hull which had running water down the walls. Given the quality of accommodation and the location, it is massively overpriced. More fitting for £30/night motel.

BASIC HOTEL - Booked as other preferred places were fully booked.

First two nights were okay but the this was NOT. Woken up 3 times during night with FIRE ALARM, have already posted letter to hotel and will write to complain to email address.

Clean and tidy room, very good value for money.

Breakfast a bit expensive but freshly cooked

Our room shower was broken and flooded the whole toilet.

Told the help desk and they said they would send someone to fix it but never did. The floor from the bathroom went onto soak the carpet by the bathroom. Security kept knocking on our door complaining of noise even though it was the room next to us which we kept telling them. They continued to knock at our door throughout the night.

Breakfast in the morning was burnt, when we told them at the desk they said that we got what we got for the money we paid. Help desk were rude, didn't smile or make us feel welcome.

Campanile Milton Keynes

Hotel is very dated, and could do with a facelift.

Very clean and well maintained though.

Campanile Milton Keynes

The room I stayed in was cosy and warm and was extremely clean, I've stayed in other hotels that have been quiet expensive but really don't compare to the campenile in regards to the quality of the room, everything worked everything was clean.

Would defonetly stay there again and it will be my first option. Good was good I had the breakfast I've had better, my only recommendation would be to provide a buffet for the English breakfast instead of having to order it as was advertised as all you can eat and felt a bit restricted in choice from ordering at the bar.

When we arrived the receptionist gave us all the information we needed and things were looking good.

We entered our room and it was clean and tidy. On inspection we found only 3 pillows, could've done with 4, the toilet leaked so we had to keep a towel on the floor so we didn't get wet feet. The noise at night from the other guest was appalling with loud talking and slamming of doors. The wall of the room were so thin you could hear people talking in them and could even hear the toilets flush from rooms opposite. Will never stay again or recommend.

Not good

This hotel is so basic its unreal.

One towel, one tea bag, every thing else had to request at reception. Shabby but clean.
