LOvely wee hotel
Got a call about an hour before I arrived to tell me about a wee problem with the lock on my door.
Offered to book me elsewhere but I declined. LOvely setting, extremely helpful staff, lovely food and service, would definitely stay again.
Stopped here for business purposes and I must say I couldn't fault it the staff where very friendly and nothing was to much trouble.
The food was lovely I ate in the bar in the evening and had breakfast the following morning, there was such a wide choice of food. I would recommend and will return.
Best Burger Ever
I can't recommend the Bridge highly enough.
Staff were delightful and the room was excellent value for money and even had a bath. I have eaten a lot of burger's around the world and I have to say that the best one I've ever had was in the bar with a couple of pints. Try it.
Fantastic break again
Amazing facilities. Welcoming staff
Had a one night stay here and was very relaxing all staff very helpful and friendly.
The food was really nice would recommend and will return. Thanks for a lovely stay.
The Evening menu was not very varied.
We were disappointed that it was a carvery.
The breakfast was superb.
A very small single room with nowhere to hang my coat, the wardrobe wasn't even a wardrobe it was a mans cupboard to hang shirts in.
The top of this cupboard which was eye level was full of dust. The shower was very slow to start with and warm then a power shower kicked in and it went to cool/cold. The bar food was expensive and not good, no choice!
Lovely clean room, good services. but expected more space for the price we paid
Really enjoyed the stay overall it was a good experience.
The cleanliness of the room and spa facility deserve 5 stars.
Really liked the location for a relaxing holiday, it was within 20 minutes reach from Harrogate and yet such a beautiful natural scape. It was a shame the weather wasn't sunny.
The staff were lovely, very friendly and accommodating. If I were to book again I would try and get a bigger room (the standard room had a queen bed which seemed a bit small for us 2 (we have a king sized bed at home so maybe we're used to more space), otherwise I can't really fault this spa/hotel.
The Bridge Hotel and Spa
In a room next to a faulty boiler which kept me and another colleague in a different room awake all night.
Waited 15 minutes for poached eggs for breakfast, they'd obviously been in the pan the whole time as they were like rubber bullets. Not offered hot drink or toast. The worst, loud music in restaurant for breakfast. On a plus, all my gripes were listened to and bill reduced. Doesn't make up for a nights lost sleep though.
