Comfortable, central London Boutique Hotel
Can but recommend the Sydney House, particularly in regards to the service. The staff are great. The location is perfect. The rooms comfortable. Nice products in the bathroom. All in all a good experience.

Perfect Central London Location for Shops and Restaurants
Everything about the Sydney House was very good with a completely different feel to the usual London chain hotel.
Only reason for a 4 for "Value For Money" is that the room was quite compact. Having said that, the standard of furnishings and linen were 1st Class

Lovely little hotel very close to South Kensington tube. Rooms are small but well appointed and very comfortable beds. Our two teenage children got upgraded to 'the room at the top', complete with terrace and roof top views across London - a great place for a pre-dinner drink for us all!

A Little Gem
If your looking for a nicely located, small hotel, with very attentive staff within a 5 minute walk from South Kensington Tube Station, this is for you.
Our room, moderate in size with a table, two chairs, wardrobe & small but modern t.v. faced the back of the hotel, had secondary glazing & was quiet. It & the bathroom were spotlessly clean
& pillows, sheets & toiletries were as advertised.
The restaurant at basement level was very clean & pleasant. We only took breakfast which is charged extra per item.
One small criticism was no tea making facility in the room for that wake-up cuppa but you can have it delivered to your room.
Would definitely recommend.

Quality
Me and my partner stayed for one night at the Sydney House Chelsea for our anniversary and it could not have been better. Room was perfect, comfortable, tidy and the staff couldn't have been anymore helpful. Close to the city but very quiet. Will be our next hotel in London
