Westbourne Lodge Review
In this day and age of clone hotels and tepid food, it was great to get the homely hospitality of Westbourne Lodge. The Bedroom was clean and had a very quick Wi-Fi service for all my business requirements. The cooked breakfast in the morning was also fresh and set me up for the day. During my stay, nothing was too much trouble, and it is ideally sited for Birmingham.

Freindly staff, only just off main road into birmingham city centre.
Lovely friendly staff, very helpful . The rooms were spacious and well equipped with a very welcoming double bed in mine, a large en-suite also. I would recommend particularly if you have transport as its a couple of miles out of the town center, saying that it was very quiet as a result.
Would stay again.........

Excellent
Met at the reception by the owner who runs the hotel almost single-handed. Very friendly and interesting to talk to, and made me feel right at home. Her full English breakfasts are perfect, too!

Home from home
A very warm welcome greeted us on our arrival. We had a spacious room which was spotlessly clean. After a slight mishap with the bed ( and fits of laughter ) nothing was too much trouble with quick friendly service. A quick reliable taxi service was on hand which we made use of. Breakfast was very nice with good ingredients and helpful staff. My friend and I enjoyed our stay which had the personal touch which some hotels lack. We would definitely stay again and wish Norma and her staff all the best.
