IBIS Hotel Hull
Advertises itself as a budget Hotel which for the price i paid for the room was extremely clean and tidy, however the room is slightly dated in comparison to other parts of the hotel such as the reception. The dated room could be seen in some of the rooms fixtures such as the plumbing, the flushing of the toilet in my room was a bit temperamental at times and may lead others to rate the hotel as unclean and tidy, nonetheless i slept one night in the room and was extremely satisfied, the sheets and bed where clean, the bathroom was clean and tidy, as was the room as a whole. Furthermore the hotel offers WIFI something in my opinion is a bonus, as many of the hotels competitors in the city do not offer this as a inclusive in the room, but rather as a separate and often expensive extra. The internet was generally very fast in my opinion considering many would have been using the service, and that only KC operates in Hull (therefore the hotel does not have a choice in who provides their internet)
The purpose and length of my stay meant i did not experience the food served at this hotel and therefore am unable to comment

Very Basic and Parking arrangements are rubbish
Very Basic Hotel - not much chance of getting any sleep as the room on the road side are very noisy from the road traffic (Seems to be a constant stream of emergency vehicles in the area) and the other side of the hotel seems to be home to a load of drunken homeless people living in the dumpster areas. This are is also noisy due to the emptying of lorries and rubbish from around 5:30am.

Well it was just ok , thr parking was a litle further than i expected however it was free of charge
The one thing that really annoyed us is that a group of blokes arrived late the worse for drink and at different intervals , there werea series of banging of corridor doors ! and very loud voices that continue to wake us ! the one big improvement would be to fix slow closure devises to the doors to prevent the BANGING !

Convenient and comfortable stay in Hull
Quiet, handy, comfortable bed and delicious breakfast.
Unusual bed, a bit like a futon, but softer. Very comfortable.
Liked the design of the shower / toilet room.
Staff couldnt have been more helpful.
Many thanks!

Good functional stay
You get what you pay for. Staff really helpful. Room was basic but we weren't looking for extras just somewhere to sleep for a night no frills- I would recommend the hotel for this. Very close to station too which was handy
