BETT Accommodation
Spent a night here with colleagues while working at the BETT Show 2015. The hotel is perfectly located in Greenwich and is close to some fantastic restaurants. The staff were very friendly, especially the guy on breakfast duty.
Rooms were clean tidy and in excellent condition. Overall, a really good experience and I'd definitely stay here again.

Good location for city break
Arrived just after 10pm, staff were very friendly and helpful, unfortunately the kitchen had closed so was unable to get any food.
Room was good, bed was clean and comfortable with tea and coffee available. The room is starting to look a little tired and will need a refurbishment in the near future (radiator getting rusty and grouting coming away from tiles), it was however clean.
Breakfast was very good and again the staff were very helpful and friendly, taking you to your seat and getting your tea/coffee straight away. The breakfast was self service and offered a good selection.
There is parking onsite (parked right outside the front doors) and was able to leave the vehicle there for the day whilst we walked around Greenwich.
Overall it was a good overnight stay, good breakfast and friendly/helpful staff.

Wonderful stay
This hotel could not be in a more fabulous location! 30 second walk to the cutty sark and equal distance to the DLR. It is a little way into Central London, 45 minutes on the DLR and tube but it was worth it. Staff are very helpful and friendly, breakfast was lovely and plenty to choose from. Car park very cheap and lots of spaces. Only thing was the room smelt a bit
smokey and was fairly small, however we didn't spend any time in there but to sleep so wasn't a big deal. Overall, an excellent stay - will definitely be returning!!

Physical accessibility
The bath tub was very high. A person with limited mobility would have had trouble accessing the bathtub and shower, A hand rail on the wall next to the bath would have been helpful.

Great location and nice surroundings
If you're heading to the O2 or want to be close to the heart of the city without being surrounded by the hustle and bustle of an inner-city hotel, this is a great choice. Greenwich is leafy, quiet and suburban for the most part but has a lively, bohemian town centre with all the chain shops you need and a large proportion of independent cafes and stores too.
The hotel has it's own grounds (and parking) and is set back from the road so it remains quiet enough to get a good nights sleep. The bar and restaurant have a nautical feel (given the location and proximity to the naval college, this shouldn't be a surprise) but remains tasteful throughout.
Very pleasant and hassle free!
