A lovely treat
We stayed in one of the club rooms allowing access to the longe area with complimentary drinks, breakfast and canapés. The service provided by the ladies and gentlemen working in the lounge was excellent. They kept a steady flow of food and drink coming. It was also nice to be able to have a leisurely breakfast with coffee and newspapers the morning after and not check out till 12noon. We had tickets for an event at the Symphony Hall, the easy access accross the footbridge made for a very relaxed and stress free evening and stay. A real treat staying here and worth the extra money.

Business Stay Overnight.
Great Central Location. Visually stunning hotel, great modern decor following a Refurbishment 7 months ago. I stayed in a Club room which gave me access to the Club Lounge on the same floor. Great room, very clean, very modern, great views. I would recommend the hotel with the following caveat. Do not drink in the bar. 4 drinks, cost me £34.00. Also the Bar Manager was only interested in talking to some friends that were in the bar. Rude and disappointing. That aside, great hotel, great room, great location. Excellent.

Bedroom temperature uncomfortably cool. Temperature adjustment on digital display room thermostat did not raise room temperature when set higher. Probably centrally controlled. Lightweight duvet not warm enough for room temperature in January.
