Hotel staff were extremely helpful, especially with helping us to find tourist attractions that we wanted to see. Pointing out the nearest tube stations and mapping out directions. Nothing was too much trouble.

very pleasant room with lovely bathroom with clever glass. excellent location and remarkably quiet. Good to here the church bells in the morning as the windows could be opened.
recommended, but do look for a deal as full price rooms are definitely pricey.

Clean efficient good location for southbank
Needed a good quality, reasonably priced place to stay for 1 night near the Globe theatre and got that at the Novotel. Would happily stay again.

Overall pretty good
Good clean hotel, good service and a good location. The only thing I didn't like was that the room had a separate toilet without a washbasin - had to go to bathroom to wash hands - not a very hygienic set up. Expensive to re-configure but could provide hand gel at the very least

An average hotel in a Fantastic location
Very hard bed, inefficient air con = very poor night of sleep.
Very good location for borough market and london bridge.
Breakfast good but expensive although average price for London.
I don't think it was good value for money as at least premier inn guarantee a good nights sleep on a comfy bed.
