German Markets just a stroll away
Just on the edge of the German Markets, this hotel offered value for money, good accommodation. The reception was war and friendly, the room fairly spacious and the breakfast excellent.

Good value city centre hotel
Great location on Broad St. Very nice bar area. Rooms clean and comfortable. Only minor complaint is that the twin room feels very crowded once the sofa bed is set up. However on the plus side it does mean that you get two doubles instead of two singles. Far better than a Premier Inn and comparable on price.

xmas market weekend break
A great hotel and location, with a queen sized bed when you are six foot four is a must.A very clean room and bathroom with info about what to do in Birmingham. The only thing we found was the breakfast was very expensive, starting at £14 was to much and we ate on a barge for less than half that and got more food with a great view on the canel.would be happy to stay at the novotel again and will in the spring.

My self and partner stayed here for a shopping trip. The room was clean and bright. It was decent but nothing out of this world. The staff were very helpfull and understanding especially the night porter who helped us greatly and was very pleasant.

always good hotel
4th time we have used this hotel when visiting the nia. Always helpful and polite staff and as usual very tidy and clean room. have no problems recommending this hotel to others, just be aware that broad street is a very busy and loud area at night and some noise can be heard
