Excellent location with shops nearby and tube station close by!!

The hotel was very clean and well kept.

The staff were extremely helpful and breakfast was included. There was a wide variety of cereals and hot food to choose from. There are small balconies present with each if the rooms and they are shared with the room next door. The room was abit on the small side but this is in the middle of the West end. Overall I was happy to stay in the hotel.

Poor stay very over priced

Room was very dusty, small and a very high window so very stuffy.

Wouldn't go back for this price breakfast average.

There's no restaurant and therefore no room service.

Not everyone wants to eat out every night. The breakfast bar is far too small and is totally self service. Therefore it lacks the personal touch. The room was very small and with the corridors being very narrow it makes the whole place seem small and pokey.

Was standard

Was okay but very warm inside the room at night & very thick pillows found it difficult to sleep good with outside road noise also a problem
