Dreadful hotel, avoid if at all possible

The corridors and room smell like a musty old dog.

The plumbing gurgles all night. Hot water is at best intermittent. The electricity in the rooms flickers - lights and other appliances. Wireless is off and on. The receptionist is not interested in helping resolve any queries and the barstaff sullen.

Lovely stay

It was an enjoyable stay and staff were friendly and professional.

Hotel was clean and the room was spacious and very clean. Good value for money.

Ideal short stay hotel

For a busy London hotel usual issues such as odd jobs, frayed carpets, lack of detailed cleaning.

But in general ideal for a short stay, nice size room and food in hotel was fine.

I booked this hotel for my partially sighted daughter and the staff were absolutely brilliant and helped her through out.

Great Hotel - Needs to work on cleanliness

Customer service is amazing.

Room was dusty, sticky and the shower and toilet looked as though it needed a scrub down. Other than that had a fab stay.

Ideal for Wembley Events

Short walk to the arena and Stadium.

Good value for money although some signs of considerable use throughout the hotel. Lots of building work around the hotel, maybe it is next for a revamp.

Hotel is very dated, has had painting patch work done but doesn't match, air conditioning in room extremely noisy.

Breakfast is not worth the money.
