Excellent friendly customer service
We only stayed one night while passing through. Everywhere we went in the hotel we were greeted with friendly smiles and offers of help. We stayed on the first floor. There was no lift but a member of staff saw we were heading to the stairs and without hesitation offered to take our cases up and showed us to our room. The room was clean and big. The family room was a double bed and a fold out sofa bed. The breakfast in the morning was plentiful and again very pleasant service. Use of the pool was included in the price. We only paid 78 pounds but it was advertised there at 130. We could have had no breakfast for ten pound cheaper but it was worth the extra. It's a little tricky getting off the junction to get to the hotel so follow sat nav carefully. They offered free internet if we agreed to be on their rewards programme too but no extra paper work. And free parking. All these little extras add up staying elsewhere. Would def go back .

Rest for the Weekend
We stayed at the hotel as a couple, a nice weekend break. The hotel staff were welcoming and helpful from check in to check out. Good room sizes, peaceful and comfortable, good food and generally good room service.

Lovely, welcoming hotel.
Had a great stay - kids LOVED the pool and we could watch them in it from the jacuzzi which was a bonus! Really friendly staff and lovely breakfast. Pancake machine went down well with the kids too. Fully recommend it.

Remarkable value for money and great service
A bit dated compared to the new wave of value hotels, however don't be put off by this.
Made to feel very warmly welcome by the highly professional and helpful staff team. Would stay here again.
