Great deal and Comfortable

Great atmosphere.

Our bed sheet wasn't changed or laid because the housekeeper did a fast one on us by cover it with d duvet cover but it was a relaxing weekend.

Holiday inn overnight stay

Good quality hotel.only gripe is the rip off of 4 hrs internet for 7.95.

Improvements were being made to a room opposite so was quite noisy with drilling and banging.

The bed was not a double bed and very uncomfortable.

We had to leave early in the morning just to get back home to get some sleep. Reception advised that they are in the process of changing the rooms and this one had not yet been upgraded. Well done, allow people to book them then.

Pleasant stopover

We were attending a funeral nearby and needed a one night stay.

This hotel served our purpose, and we had a pleasant, quiet and comfortable, room . When searching for somewhere to stay, we wanted a place that served a proper breakfast, not just a muffin and a carton of juice, and we were not disappointed with any aspect of our stay. Breakfast was self-service, hot, and plenty of choice. We would stay here again if the opportunity arose.

Poor customer service

I had a pretty bad experience.

Very unfriendly customer service staff who barely smiled. I had visitors at the time of checking in and somehow, instead of checking how many people were staying, the night manager assumed everyone was staying and billed me( fought that anyway but I didn't need the stress) If you're unsure of something all you do takes is ask.

The wifi was the poorest I've ever seen yet I got billed for it, regardless. The front desk attendants thought it was funny to bill someone for something they didn't even get to use. Will never go back there again and will never recommend this hotel.

Holiday Inn London - Bexley

Was a suitable place for our short stay although my only negative was the heat of the room.

Even after turning it down and off the heat was too much. The AC didn't work and if you opened the window you'd just be listening to the busy road it was next to. Although, with the windows closed you couldn't hear a thing which was surprising!

A relaxing stay

I stayed here with my partner, as I had a hospital appointment in London the next morning.

The accommodation was very comfortable and we were sad that we had to leave so early in the morning. The only problem that we encountered was that the restaurant was noisy, but the staff apologised for this. We would definitely stay here again.

Ideal overnight stop

Paid for Romance Package which was excellent and definitely value for money.

Only disadvantage

was walls are not well insulated so we heard all the private relations very clearly in the next room and other noise from next room particularly when entering their room late at night. Room not overly large. Bathroom small and only shower is over the bath, not good if have trouble getting in and out of a bath. Only 1 very small lift in hotel. Plenty of hanging space.
