Novotel standard
Hotel was a little quite but the service was good and the room was good and the bed was comfortable although some kind of spung thing.
the bar was ok but the choice of beers a bit sparse
we was served by a guy form cyprus or greece, a very engaging chap who made recommendations that where informed.

Good value break
Nice hotel for discounted price. A pleasant 20 minute walk into Central Milton Keynes. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the Restaurant provided good meals. The swimming pool was very small and the changing area could have been cleaner, but overall very good value for money.

Staff excellent. Room was basic but very clean and comfy. The pool is small but fine for a chill out and play with kids.
Only suggestion for improvement is the cleanliness of some of the public areas. The pool changing rooms, the stair cases and the toilets on the ground floor could all have done with a good clean. Looked like the hotel had been very busy and it hadn't been kept up with.
We would stay again and would recommend to friends.

Not very good.
Room was very average. It smelled and needed refurbishment, the drinks at the bar were over priced, a cheap bottle of white wine was £20. Not impressed.

Weekend break whilst attending silverstone - Saturday 22 November 2014
This hotel is clean and tidy with good quality facilities and very good value for money. What made my experience even more exceptional was the attentiveness of the gentleman whom manned the reception both on Saturday and Sunday - nothing was too much trouble and this type of customer service is quite a rarity. I will most certainly return here.

The hotel accommodation and pool are excellent for families with children
We thought breakfast was exorbitant and didn't buy it.
