Would visit again....

Friendly and welcoming staff along with a clean and pleasantly decorated room all combined to make our stay enjoyable and we look forward to booking our next stay in Betws here.

Really nice rooms.

lovely soft bed. Good sized room and tastefully decorated. Right in the centre of Betws-y-Coed which is a beautiful little village on the edge of Snowdonia. It also had a little ipod dock with attached radio which was a nice extra touch. The room and the rest of the hotel was very clean with the only fault I could pick up on was that the shower curtain was a little whiffy and could have done with a wash. There's a decent bar/ restaurant right next door.

Not Happy

The room was good.

Waited outside reception for about 5 mins until someone from the pub told me what to do!!. When trying to sleep the TV next door was very loud;

Other customer very loud when finding there rooms about 23:50 after getting quite drunk

Awesome location, smart room; the shower was unreal.

They had biscuits too, always a bonus. Would defs stay here again. Value for money.

Too hot for us

Room was as you would expect in the line of any Lodge type room, banging doors etc, the only problem we had was the heat in the room, turned the radiator off but the high Tog rated Duvet was too much and resulted in very restless nights.

Don't know why hotels don't put 2 layers of Duvet so you can choose ,I have stayed in some that have, with a sheet and Double layer Duvet on top. Spoilt what would have been a lovely break. The chose of Food in the Hotel was good and Breakfast was OK. Some staff were a bit miserable but most very friendly. The room had some good touches like the Bed lights with a reading spotlight and the mirror in the bathroom, which was heated in the middle so as to demist, also had a dim light which stayed on and meant you didn't have to put the main on during the night, good ideas.
