Excellent stay
Our overnight stay was a joy. Spotless room and bathroom, looking down the lovely garden. Delicious breakfast in the lovely conservatory. You can hear aeroplanes (not surprising when you can almost touch them) but this was not a problem overnight.

Good value and friendly
One night stay passing through but was good standard and could easily have stayed a few nights to explore the area. Seemed to be well geared up for people flying from Gatwick

Excellent stop-over for Gatwick flights
We last stayed at the Waterhall about 10 years ago. Was excellent then and standard has been well maintained. Pretty location, lovely welcome, delicious evening meal in conservatory overlooking expansive garden followed by a good night's sleep in a very comfy bedroom. Had an early flight so missed breakfast. Hotel arranged airport taxi for 4 am and there was no delay. Definitely had no concerns about leaving our car at Waterhall for the duration of our holiday and would highly recommend this accommodation

Nice place
Very nice hotel, will definately visit again, even though had initial concerns over aircraft noise was pleasantly surprised at how quiet the room was. The team at the hotel were very pleasant and friendly and being there on business it made it feel quite homely welcoming. Would definatley recommend

Waterhall House
Generally very good and would stay again - beautiful gardens, and excellent food. We did not mind the proximity to Gatwick - planes landing and taking off.

Room and bed awful
Bed rock hard and no milk. Water was taken from bathroom tap. People lovely and food great. A bit noisy but on flight path. Wifi needs sorting in rooms.
