Pleasant enough stay, brilliant location

Spent two nights here recently with my partner and can't really fault it too much.

Room was big, clean and comfortable, although the double bed was a little on the small side when you're used to a king size bed at home and your partner is 6ft3. Location is brilliant, you honestly couldn't get more central and the staff were pleasant and efficient. If I had one minor complaint, it would just be that the room was stifling hot and we had to have the window open for the full 48hours and the sweat was still pouring out us. The bar prices were also pretty hefty with a white wine being £6.75. But I guess that's just Belfast in general.

nice hotel in central location

Good hotel in a central location.

Also let me check out a little later due to flight time and free wifi is a welcome bonus. Would recommend for a city break

Little more attention to detail

A little bit more emphises on the cleaning regime would'nt go astray in room 114.

Cobwebs hanging from the celing which definatly were there for more then one day. Poor lighting in the room and only one chair. Poor quality stained pillows too.

Off street parking

No hotel parking so i had to be up at 8 am to feed the parking meter so as not to get my car clamped.Hotel should have some deal with the city or some private car park. This is a major drawback to staying here.

Excellent stay at Jury's Inn Belfast, we enjoyed our stay very much.

The hotel was clean, central and provided a feeling of warmth during our stay. were an excellent source to book through with the best price around and a straight forward and organised booking process. Would highly recommend.

Nothing special

Expensive for what it is.

The shower was very sporadic, either boiling or freezing. We had a choice of either shutting the curtains or allowing all the surrounding windows look in as did the other rooms, for us not an issue waving to our neighbours in the morning but could see it being uncomfortable for some. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Very poor breakfast for the price paid

A number of things let the hotel down.

The room was booked for 3 adults, but on arrival there was only tea/coffee/mugs etc for two. Not good enough, considering the price of the room. Given the price of the room I was very surprised by the quality of the breakfast on offer. In particular, there was no cutlery on the tables. Guests were expected to gather their own food, hot and cold drinks and cutlery. This is really very poor service and on a par with a youth hostel. Other areas of weakness was the lack of fresh fruit, very poor quality tea and bread. All basic needs that were not met. Very disappointed. Would not visit again for business or leisure as the standard was embarrassing.
