3AA Assessed Hotel Ratings explained
Rhydycroesau , Oswestry, SY10 7JD

Recommended by Condé Nast Johansens

Our inspector loved "The delicious dinner at this peaceful haven with stunning views of Welsh mountains and Shropshire countryside."

Perched high in the Shropshire/Welsh hills, midway between Shrewsbury and Chester, this beautiful silver-stone Georgian rectory is set in stunning scenery with great walking all around. In five acres of grounds, the Hotel prides itself on its unobtrusive hospitality, first-class cooking and an easy-going atmosphere that guarantees that "away-from-it-all" feeling. Some bedrooms have private patios others have spa baths/double en-suite jacuzzis. Log fires in both lounges. Good Hotel Guide "Country Hotel of the Year" and Which? Hotel Rural Retreat Award. Two AA Food Rosettes. Great wine cellar!
