it was an amazing experience, the room was spot on and clean but the customer service was poor due to one of the supervisor being impolite in his approach.

OK hotel, convenient position
Room was suitable for the disabled but very sparsely furnished. Large room but only one small plastic chair. No fridge or hair dryer. Soap dispenser for the sink was empty and when renewed did not work.
The bed was comfortable.
The parking was poor, there were 2 disabled spaces but as usual filled by people not displaying a blue badge. In fact on 2 nights there was a contractors truck parked in one.

Okay for price.
I paid £50 for a Friday night which was particularly good. Location was great and not far from train stations. Food was particularly nice and we had a spacious room. However customer service was not great. I had to wait ages to be seen by a receptionist and staff appeared as if they were reluctant to help.

Noisy neighbours
We was kept awake during the night with loud voices and banging of doors with people going in and out of rooms throughout the night .

Great location but room was very basic even for a travelodge. No plastic cups which is usually basic.
Room was clean and staff were friendly.

Very close to station
Very close to East Croydon station - frequent trains to London and short journey time. Very economical when compared to similar in central London
