Travelodge Slough
Good all round service the only thing that let the hotel down is the parking facilities £16.00 for over night parking with no subsidiary from the hotel.

The room was a good size for our family and the main bed and bedding was excellent, however, the tv was a little small and ancient ( we spent a bit more time in our room with having young children) and the curtains did not cover the window as the rail had been put up incorrectly over 2 other curtain rails?!?!?

Great value for money
Booked the hotel as a base for Legoland and was the best price near there for 2 nights. Had seen some of the reviews which weren't very positive however can honestly say I'm not sure what their problem was. The hotel was easy to find and fairly close to main area. The staff were really friendly and room clean. You don't plan to stay in your hotel for long so all facilities were sufficient for a stopover. The main bed was comfy enough and although the single bed was quite hard for our son, the pullout under the main bed was then fine.
Breakfast was approx £15 extra for the 2 adults which may sound high but as kids eat free it worked out at a fiver each for all you can eat breakfast and it was really nice!!
Finally there were lots of moans about parking and yes it doesn't have its own carpark but if you want that, you pay more for a hotel that does! It did though have an overnight carpark diagonally opposite which only charged us £10 for 2 nights and that was until 9.30am not 7.30am like other posts or other car parks.
All in all a great hotel for the price and only 15 mind from legoland which is why we were there!
