West Street Brighton, East Sussex, BN1 2RQ
Just over half a mile from Brighton train station and almost as close to the sea as you can get, Brighton Seafront Hotel is the best way to experience the heart of this coastal town.

Being right in the centre, you're only a short walk from the major Brighton attractions. The famous pier is less than a mile away, as is the Brighton Conference Centre. The Lanes can be found just over half a mile from the hotel, offering unique shopping opportunities throughout the day.

Entertainment options are not in short supply either, with The Royal Pavilion, The Dome Theatre, The Brighton Centre and Theatre Royal all within easy reach of this hotel.

The hotel has our fresh new look and features Travelodges new room design complete with Dreamer Bed so you can be sure of a great night's sleep.

Due to the central location, as you might expect, some external noise may be heard.

Travelodge Brighton Seafront
It was kind of you to let me check out a bit later in order that I could shower after doing the half marathon. I found it hard to sleep though during my stay despite being on floor 8. It was all the street noise and Saturday night life!

Customer service - to elaborate the customer service was great, the staff were very helpful and 99% had a smile on their faces. They even offered me a hairdryer when I walked out for a cig with a towel over my head without me asking, which I thought was lovely, however I took my own due to past experience of not being able to find one.
Cleanliness of accommodation - so Ive kind of 4* this, it seemed a little dreary on colours mainly because the dark floor would keep it's appearance cleaner, the staff were great on the first day of cleaning, the second day we decided we just needed fresh towels, the third day it seemed like they couldn't be bothered too much I mean we weren't exactly the tidiest of people so I couldn't blame them for not doing too much but they left towels but didn't bother to change or make the bed. After the fourth night we were leaving anyway. But the room was pretty nice when we got there so I'm sure they did a good job after we left.
Quality of room - wasn't really a spacious room was pretty bog standard and enough space to get in and out of bed and make teas and coffees, bathroom was nice, good shower only preference would be a shower without a curtain as I personally don't like shower curtains. The lift was a bit tacky and at point felt like it could go. I'd say parts of the hotel could do with a little paint job and face lift nothing major just a little spruce up. But room did what it needed too and the window in the room acted as a fridge and kept our extra cows milk cool enough not to go off bear in mind the weather wasn't the best when we stayed so outside temp was cold enough for the odd bit to be chilled.
Value for money - was good value for money was a nice little bargain compared to the price of other hotels around this one proved the cheapest within the availability of when we stayed, it's nothing special but it's certainly not a dive that's for sure, it does the job required no luxuries just standard accommodation. Breakfast was not included in the price but looked like it could have been alright however we choose a nice quaint little place round the corner and looked like there was a few nice places around and open for breakfast so it's not a problem.
Quality of food - I can't comment much in this and certainly will not give it a rating as we didn't eat there, however what I can say is food is served around the clock, they do Chicago town pizzas to take away, and the menu wasn't overly comprehensive but had a nice enough selection to it.
I would defo stay there again, it's situated just off of the sea front and walking distance to everywhere, great location, great staff, great price, enjoyed our stay and felt at home.

Great value for the room booking via LateRooms.com. It was just what we needed for a last minute booking. Hotel staff were friendly. Not sure I'd pay the full amount for the room though as there were hardly any towels and the room was quite small to be staying in for any longer than a night.

Quiet hotel (apart from seagulls in the morning, but you are by the seaside!). Lovely comfortable bed. Good value

great location - great value for money in terms of being near the sea
rooms are small and as you imagine for the price good value - central location near the sea, the lanes and the train station. The breakfast was not the best we have had in a budget hotel but did the trick- however several cafes near by for a change of venue if required. There is no parking so factor in this to the cost if travelling by car. The staff were very friendly and helpfully reimbursed us with a voucher when my sons room had some evidence of not being 100% cleaned before they arrived. I would stay again on the next trip to Brighton
